How to massage your feet?

  • All parts of you foot will involve in the massage process. First, you will need to stretch and warm up your feet. You will do this by walking barefoot, then raise your toes several times. After that, take a  warm foot bath.
  • You will rub your entire foot gently and then begin to press on every active points for about 3-7 seconds, running from the toes to the heel. When you’re massaging  your toes, those techniques can be applied as stretching. Next, you will use the edge of the palm to tap, pinch and rub your foot.
  • Sometimes, you can feel the trigger points during the process. This is a sign that the organs that these points are responsible for are not working fine. So you need to massage every singly parts of your feet thoroughly.
  • On painful areas, you need to press with your thumb and alternate each time pressing with a pause. It should take you no more than one minute to do the whole process. The pain will soon disappear if you do everything correctly.
  • There are following contraindication for foot massage: fever, blood clotting disorder, exacerbation of chronic diseases, deep cuts, or trauma on the feet.
